Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Requests made within 24 hours, late arrivals, and missed sessions are not eligible for a refund, although NUMEROBIZ may offer rescheduling at its discretion.

A report may be cancelled before NUMEROBIZ begins preparing it. Once preparation or delivery has started, it is personalized and non-refundable. If NUMEROBIZ cannot fulfil the report, the amount paid for it will be refunded.

Physical-product sales are final. Refund or replacement review is available only when an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered. Contact NUMEROBIZ promptly with the order details and clear photographs; approved resolutions may be a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or cancelled before dispatch.
