An order or booking is accepted only after its details and payment are confirmed by NUMEROBIZ. Availability, pricing, taxes, delivery charges, practitioner, duration, and schedule shown at confirmation form part of the purchase. NUMEROBIZ may decline or cancel an order and will return any payment collected for an item or service it cannot provide.

Arrive on time and provide requested information before a scheduled service. A consultation, course, or workshop may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late requests and missed sessions are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.
